Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of guardiandebtservices.com and related services provided by Guardian Debt Services, operated by Charles Chamberlain. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
Our role
Guardian Debt Services is a marketing and lead-generation service. We are not a lender, creditor, law firm, credit-repair organization, or debt-relief provider.
Guardian Debt Services does not lend money, negotiate or settle debts, provide legal representation, repair credit, collect payments for creditors, or make final program eligibility decisions.
Independent third-party providers
Eligible callers may be connected with an independent third-party debt-relief provider. Those providers are responsible for their own:
- Licensing and regulatory compliance
- Program eligibility requirements
- Representations and disclosures
- Services, fees, terms, and agreements
- Privacy and information-handling practices
- Advice, recommendations, and consumer interactions
Guardian Debt Services does not control or guarantee the conduct, availability, advice, services, or results of independent providers.
Preliminary eligibility questions
The website may present preliminary questions concerning state of residence, approximate unsecured credit-card debt, employment or income, and general debt type.
These questions are used only as an initial screening tool. They do not create a provider-client relationship, and a qualified result does not guarantee that a provider will accept, enroll, or assist the caller.
No guarantee of eligibility or results
Guardian Debt Services does not guarantee:
- Eligibility for any program
- Enroll
